Comfortable beds, reasonable space, clean bathroom with reasonable basic facilities and toiletries. The air conditioning is as I've seen everywhere in the US: noisy, but effective, and I turned it off at night. The place was quiet, for me, with windows closed.

The hotel is located in Douglas/ Little Gables according to the weather app. It's quiet and relaxing. The staff was very nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff were awesome and very respectful of "Do not disturb", and they kept the entire facility clean. We didn't swim but the pool area was neat and clean. We had quick access to the expressway and the location is close to historic Little Havana and Coral Gables, with multiple places to eat, shop and explore.

Staff is excellent. They really care about the guests and make everything to satisfy their needs. Rooms are also nice, clean and new.

The hotel was 4 minutes close to my event venue, shops were just close by (walkable distance) the meal was tasty, worth the money, the hotel was very neat, housekeeping did a great job, every afternoon i stepped into my room, it has the smell of fresh air, bed was neat with soft white pillows & white linen so comfy. All amenities displayed nicely. I had a good time, quite environment, free parking for my car. Everything was good, no complains. The lovely lady at the reception isn't left off, she was well spoken, very polite and friendly.

The staff was great. It is an older hotel but was clean and decorated nicely for the holidays. The first room's TV did not work. I went down and they immediately given another room. The room was on the 3rd floor looking over the small pool. It had a small balcony. It was a very quiet room. Smelled a little musty and a little smoky but not bad. Bed was comfortable. The air worked great and was not loud. Slept well. Had a Greek Restaurant in the hotel. Small bar. Had breakfast. Very inexpensive waitress Lourdes was very nice.
